Artist's Description
One of my daughters came to me with some white clover that she had picked in the garden. I searched around for a suitable sized vase or jar to put it in and found this small green bottle. Looking at it standing on the window sill, I couldn't help noticing how beautiful the green glass looked with the sun shining through it. It made a wonderful natural abstract.

About Martin Howard
I am an English Artist living in Borlange, Sweden since 2005. I have been painting on and off since the early eighties, in oils to begin with before moving on to watercolours. I also have an interest in photography which I have often used as part of my preliminary work for my paintings. In recent months, I have had a little extra time on my hands, which has fuelled my artistic fire. I find that I am experimenting much more with my photography to create more abstract images at the same time as learning new methods of processing photographs.
