Artist's Description
This colourful spring scene shows daffodils and dandelions growing in my garden. I do not particularly like dandelions in my grass, but I do love this photograph. It was taken on the 23rd of May 2015.
About Martin Howard
I am an English Artist living in Borlange, Sweden since 2005. I have been painting on and off since the early eighties, in oils to begin with before moving on to watercolours. I also have an interest in photography which I have often used as part of my preliminary work for my paintings. In recent months, I have had a little extra time on my hands, which has fuelled my artistic fire. I find that I am experimenting much more with my photography to create more abstract images at the same time as learning new methods of processing photographs.
